Born 1957 in Bavaria/Germany. From 1976 - 1982 psychological studies at the Ludwigs-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. 1985 PhD at the Technische Universität München. Since 1992 professor for psychology at the Katholische Stiftungsfachhochschule München. Franz Ruppert works as a psychological psychotherapist in his own office in Munich. Developing transgenerational psychotraumatology has become the main focus of his teachings and goes well with his practical work. He has also been working on developing constellation work as a tool for trauma therapy.
